An NFT (Non-Fungible Token) is a unique digital asset stored on the blockchain that represents ownership of a specific item — such as digital art, music, videos, or virtual collectibles. Unlike cryptocurrencies, each NFT is one-of-a-kind and cannot be exchanged on a one-to-one basis.

Creating an NFT is simple. Click "Create NFT" in the navigation, upload your artwork, add a title, description, and set your price. A small mint fee is deducted from your wallet balance when you publish. Make sure you have sufficient funds before publishing.

The mint fee is a small charge deducted from your wallet balance whenever you publish a new NFT. You can see the exact fee on the Create NFT page. Funds must be available in your wallet before you can publish.

Go to your Wallet, click "Fund Account", enter the amount, and copy the company wallet address shown on the page. Send the ETH from your personal wallet, upload proof of payment, and submit the request. An administrator will approve it and your balance will be credited.

Open the NFT you are interested in and use the "Place a Bid" form on the item details page. Enter the amount in ETH and submit. The NFT owner will be notified of your bid.

Your bid is recorded on the item and the owner is notified by email. Bids are displayed in the bid history of the item and in your "My Bids" section. The highest bid is highlighted.

Navigate to your Wallet and click "Withdraw". Enter the amount you wish to withdraw (minimum 0.01 ETH) and submit the request. An administrator will review and process your withdrawal.

Yes. Use the "Transfer" form in your Wallet, enter the recipient's email address and the amount. The transfer is instant and both parties, plus the administrator, receive an email notification.

New accounts start as "pending" and must be approved by an administrator before you can log in. Approval is usually granted quickly — you will receive an email once your account is active.
